Design a 'fortune teller' business card

I have some illustrations and copy that I would like to put on a 'fortune teller' as an unusual business card. I have a rough layout on InDesign but really need someone to make it look pretty and eye catching using borders, fonts etc. I would ideally like the file returned in InDesign and as a PDF, so that I could potentially change the text in the future without needing to hire a designer all over again!

I am open to negotiation on pricing, so please send me your quote, how long you think it would take you and a link to your portfolio or any similar designs.

For anyone who isn't sure what a fortune teller is, it's the paper game that many used to make as kids - look up 'fortune teller template' and you should have an idea of what I'm looking for.
