Design a flexible, adaptable template for a social networking site

I am looking for a web/graphic designer who is able to design a template for a social networking site. The sites are aimed at football fans, and the design will need to make the fans feel it is part of their identity, ie. club colours, crest, etc. As the template is to be used for different sites, aimed at different clubs, the identity defining aspects of the design need to be adaptable to reflect the different identities.The home page needs to make the fans feel as if they are entering their home stadium to go and watch a match, while once in the site, it needs to convey the familiarity of sitting in their local supporters pub discussing all things supporters discuss re. their club, players, management etc.
Access to a test site will be available from 24/05/2012 onwards, including all possible components for the site. The test site shows the core layout that comes with the scripts and which needs to be adapted.
