Design a custom map for website

HI

I am looking to get a custom (abstract ie not too literal) map drawn. Basically it will be in company colours of duck egg blue and brown, will consist of a UK region outline and naming the towns on the map - its for my client to be able to show the areas they cover.

I have attached a couple of maps that give the idea of what we need - although I am looking for something much more inspired in terms of design.

If you can let me know your timescale for this that would be great.

I have not entered a budget as I do not know how many hours involved in this kind of work.
