Design a CMS website

My client needs a CMS website designed, based on a similar design to www.allgood.co.uk. They are a new ironmongery company with products in approx 8 categories that need to only be displayed on the website in the same style as "www.allgood.co.uk".
They also need an easy to use backend for them to add and remove these products and news articles etc... when they choose to.

At this stage they do not need a members login area, though this needs to be an available option in the future.
