Design a Book Cover

I have written materials for a few continuing professional education tax seminars. I would like to have a creative designer put together a front and back cover for each of the training manual/books. I have artwork for one of the books as an example of what I have in mind, but I am open to ideas and other layouts from a creative person with experience. I am interested in having a design made for 2 or maybe three books. The price I am proposing is per book that is designed with a front and back cover.
