Design a basic web page

I need a page designed that I can use as a template for the rest of my site. I have a company logo so would like the style of the page to match.
I'm planning on getting large banner adds done separably so would like the page to incorporate space for a large slider towards the top.
I'd also like the page to look very modern in it's style.

The organisation is a software development company called Sharpcode. I'm also hoping to find a designer who I can work with on future project.
