Design a 4 page website

Hi,

I have had a website designed by someone who said they are a web site designer however no matter what my suggestions are to improve the website I'm still not happy with it. I needed it to match my business card and unfortunately it doesn't.

I have already spent £220.00 on this so far so my budget is my limited.

It needs to match my business card and I would need free hosting for a year and email within the £150.00 that I am willing to pay.
