Design a 4 fold brochure

Need to have a captivating brochure created that is front and back of a four fold (french fold) 11x17. I have the template, information to place and will need space/placeholders left to add photos and logo, I just do not have any time to put it together. It is for a children's gym. Also included is a sample of the item we are trying to create. Obviously not identical, but use that as a guide of what we are looking to create.
