Delphi SQLite Database upgrade

Description of requirements/functionality: repair automated process to correctly handle CSV file import.
CMS and Admin requirements: Developer must be available on Yahoo Messenger or Skype
Specific technologies required: Delphi XE+ to XE5
OS requirements: Windows
Extra notes: I have a database system written in Delphi XE and SQLite.
It needs to be checked as it stopped an automated routine that updated the database from CSV files. I think the CSV filename structure changed.

There may be other work needed, perhaps converting the project ( 4 x EXE files and 1 DLL) to 64 bit and improving the GUI.

There is a good opportunity to take on much more Delphi long term work with this project.
