Delivery note interface for Connectwise

We use www.connectwise.com as our helpdesk system. We create Sales Orders via the systems sales opportunity system. We would like to be able to produce a Delivery Note which we can print out. This isn't possible via the connectwise interface. We are looking for a simple interface which returns a delivery note directly from the database. We should be able to do this via a simple web interface where we enter a client name and select from a list of oppurtunities.
