Debug some VBA code..I have an explanation as to what's needed, badly need a fixer

AM BATTLING TO FINISH A PROJECT - THIS POSTED EARLIER TODAY
Have a piece of detailed code needed to run some lists for files in Excel 2010.

The code is written but error is being received
"Can't find project or library"

It may well be that the two of us looking at it (only one of us is a coding expert) have a classic case of can't see the wood for the trees..

Maybe you can resolve and enable the functionality of the prog. Quite a bit of work has gone into this and it would be a pity to lose it..

ONE GUY TOOK THE TASK, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, BUT COULD NOT SAY FOR SURE HE COULD FIX IT. I REALLY NEED A FIXER NOW, IRATE CLIENT, NO FUNCTIONAL CODE

I'm told that the problem is that the code is written in Office 2007, and needs to be slightly recoded to run in 2010. Will pay if the program is fixed and client is looking for screen shots to prove the 4 or 5 lists the code is supposed to run, run. There is live data in the file to prove this with.
