Debt Collection help required

I have got Judgement from Money Claim Online court against respondent for £277. but he is a nutter and got successful to set aside the judgement order in his local court Brentford. Now judge gave hearing in September.

The respondent is doing this intentionally just to give me trouble to travel as I live 250 miles away (5 hours drive) from the court.

According to court advice I have involved Court Mediation Service to resolve matter before hearing, but respondent is not responding and co-operating with mediation services, I live 250 miles away from the Brenford Court, and he is emotionally and indirectly blackmailing me.

If he pay me £500 for stress and hassle or at least £277 the price of Judgement order, I can settle case with him outside the court, but he is not responding to Mediation.
