Database fix & user interface reboot

Description: We converted our in-house cocktail database spreadsheet into an online app some time ago and it has developed a small glitch where the reports use the wrong data fields for calculations. The database allows us to calculate ingredient orders / packing list for cocktail parties per event.
When adding cocktail quantities to an event the resulting order report will use data from a cocktail 2 lines above the one selected (so to get accurate numbers we have to put numbers in cocktail 2 lines below the one we want). This only happens with cocktails recently imported into the system.

We would like someone to fix the glitch, but also have a look at the ease of use in terms of data entry, data display and general functionality overhaul.

The next stage of the project will be conversion into app for public consumption so we would be looking to use the same development team for this if possible, we would be happy to look at quotes for this (but please keep them separate)
