Database Design & Web Site

I require a database and web template designing to facilitate us to enter restaurant menu items and a customer search interface.
The database must be designed to ensure a scaleable and flexible search facility which can handle multiple queries and storage of data including media files & images relating to restaurants, food and wine.

The web site must include a search interface (main page) with geographical map & an admin page to allow for full editing & updating. See attachment for full requirements.
