Database design

I'll try and capture as best as possible my requirements but obviously will be able to put some flesh on the bones during a conversation:

I am after a database to be created, which can readily run a suite of reports...at the push of a single button!

A score sheet is created which is completed by assessors
This score sheet essentially forms the basis of the criteria in the database (flexible criteria)
Simple Likert rating scale used by assessors to rate performance of delegate against each criteria ie. 1-5, or 0-5 etc etc (needs to be flexible)
Each delegate will be assessed a number of times by different assessors, with each set of scores being entered into database

The assessment of delegates takes place in a live setting, and varies in size from 3 into the 100's.

The analysis consists of:
Overall Average of delegates
Overall average of each criteria
Ranked League table of average delegate score
Top 'x' percentile vs Bottom 'x' percentile
Average sequential results Round 1 vs Round 2 vs Round 3 (typically displayed on spider graph)

We then produce individual delegate reports:
Delegate average - versus Event Average
Round 1 results, Round 2 results etc etc - displayed separately and on spider graph
Delegates position in league table (anonymised - ie only their name showing)

The datasets stored then need to form a set of benchmarks against which separate programmes can be compared
