Database creation - 2200 entries

I am looking for somebody to create and populate a database in Microsoft Access.

The fields will include:
- Business Name
- 1st line of address
- 2nd line of address
- Town / City
- County
- Postcode
- Owner's title
- Owner's first name
- Owner's surname
- Additional entry (to be advised)
- Additional entry (to be advised)
- Web address

There are about 2200 entries. The successful bidder will be given a list, which will be the Business Name and then search the internet to complete the rest of the database.

In your bid, please advise which edition of Microsoft Access you will use and approximately how long it will take to complete.

Accuracy is of the utmost importance. Spelling must be correct, as must punctuation (capital letters for proper nouns, etc.,)

Please also advise if you would be open to completing part of the database.
