Database cleaning and advanced search

We need an expert for 'cleaning' an existing MySQL database. The database contains 1 table with about 6000 (rows) of personal data which some column data need to be changed (i.e. from 'none' to 'no' or 'one' to '1' ect) to suit an advanced search feature as per attached file. The database must be kept in a 1 table version.

The database has also a column of the profile's 'age' in a date format 18/6/1976
and we need a 'cron job' script for our Control panel to run in.

The designer must create this adanced form and the results must be displayed below the advanced form in a 'random' order. The results must be able to 'order' by various selectale criterias (i.e. age desc/aaccsending, ID ect) which must be able to select via 'dropdown list'.

The designer must use AJAX to show/hide the advanced search feature as per mockup and all search criterias must be included using space and fonts as per mockup. The advanced search must be sliding out and back in after search is completed by user. And the feature 'include horoscope' in the search must be made optional and only when selected it must be included in the search if ticked by user.
A 'pagination' feature similar to 'google' displaying 'first and last' and showing when reached the last page the next set of 10 pages and so on.

The website already exists and it wil be shown to potential bidders to make an intelligent estimate of the work involved.

Script and database must be performed at our domain and must be well documented and be domain indepentent.

We consider this project as URGENT and expect a timeframe of 3 days for completion and we urge the successful bidder to keep to that given time (please don't ask for any extention).

Payment: we prefer to use PPH escrow which will be released after satisfactory and successful testing by both parties.
