Data extraction (first name, last name, email) from emailed competition entries

I have 1,900 emails that have come from a Shortstack Facebook competition. The format of the emails is given at the end of this description. All entrants have opted in to receive email newsletters.

I need the first name, last name and email address extracted from each email and put into an excel spreadsheet with column headings of the same.

This should not be a copy and paste exercise, rather data extraction. The format of each email is the same and therefore lends itself to quickly extracting the required fields.

You will be provided with a username and password for an email account and a webmail link to login. Alternatively server settings can be provided if you wish to access the emails your own way. All emails are from the same address, so the message headers cannot be used. The format of each email is as per the following structure:

I expect this to be a very quick job for someone who knows how to do it, so my budget expectation is pretty low ;)
