Data extracted from 289 emails and entered into a spreadsheet plus some writing.

I have about 289 emails, from each message I need a few specific details copied into a spreadsheet. In addition, there will be two to three sentences that need to be written for each of these, using specific parameters that I will supply.

You don't need to be creative, but you do need a good grasp of English. I would expect each email would take around 1 minute to do - some may take longer, but others won't actually have any information for you to extract so will take less. I would expect this to take about 5 hours.
