Data entry via webcrawlers or manual

Ongoing work: first stage is to build a csv or Excel file of names and addresses of all mum and baby related organisations in large cities in the UK, starting with London. Second stage is to take a subset of these names and addresses and enter them in a CRM software.

If first stage can be done by webcrawler that would be great as we need to keep the database updated every 2-4 weeks.

Please quote just for getting entries for London, and then taking subset into the CRM software. And please include your method/process in bids. Thank you!
