Data Entry onto spreadsheet

I am an Author and an entrepreneur in the making and am currently building a spreadsheet database. I have a pile of of email addresses and contact details that need transferring onto a spreadsheet.

Preferably someone local to Rotherham who can collect the information and enter all the details that I can trust to log their hours correctly. This job must be completed within a week.
