Data entry of large file

Data entry.

I have a large document that requires data entry. The document is in pdf format and I would like it translated in Microsoft excel.

likely to be 5,000 lines of data that need to be added. Each line has eight fields.

I do not mind if each page of the document is added to excel and sent to me so the project can be separated across a number of days.

Please note I am going to break the pdf into smaller documents to make it easier for freelancers to break the project up across days.
