Data Entry from Construction Plans & Quantity Takeoff Estimating

Basic Requirements for this job:
1) You have to be able to read english. All of our Specifications are written in PDFS and are in the english language.
2) You must know how to read specifications and understand construction Architectural plans (blueprints).
3) Good communication skills and being reliable.
4) Familiar with doing "take offs" (counting data) from construction plans and specifications.


We are counting data for the following items:
Toilet accessories (equipment usually found in bathrooms)
Lockers
Visual Displays (marker boards and tack boards - like what you see in classrooms)
Toilet Partitions
Metal Shelving

Basically we will provide you access to online databases, look up construction plans, and specification in division 10, do accurate fast Take Offs of the equipment, and do some light estimating of the equipment in a data entry format so we can count how many of everything required for that specific job.

We pay on a sliding scale per job depending on what you take off from the job. There is the potential to make from USD - $1.75 to $3.50 USD per job depending on what needs to be done on that specific job. Some jobs you will be able to finish as many as 1-3 jobs per hour. So you have the potential to make $10.50 USD an hour if you finish as many as three jobs with all the scopes.
