Data Entry (entering data from PDF sheets to excel)

I an in need of a person to entry simple data from PDF documents to excel. This will be an ongoing this and would like to for a business relationship with someone who is based in one of the following countries:

India
Philippines
South Africa

It will require data entry of approximately 50 - 100 entries a week and will increase to 150 - 300.The data will be a case of extracting peoples name, town they are from and the lender is applicable.

This is an ongoing project which will last for about 1 - 2 years.
