We are looking for someone who can work through a list of names and addresses contained in a Excel worksheet and using the free website http://www.thephonebook.bt.com (UK Website) search to see if there is
a telephone number listed for them.

This is normally done by going to "Find A Person" on the above website and adding the surname (last name) and postcode of the person you are searching for.

If a number appears, you would then cross check the full address that appears for that searched person and make sure that it corresponds to the one you have for that person in you Excel sheet.

If you find a match you then add the telephone number to the Excel sheet in the appropriate cell.

Repeat.

(please note to format the number correctly on the Excel sheet so the initial 0 does not disappear!)

In the past, we have found a success rate of a number found for around every 6 records.

Please find attached sample Excel sheet to gain a better understanding of what we require.

This job will initialy be for 8 hours work for an agreed fee to test what sort of returns we can expect.

Please note: you will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a constant GOOD Internet connection to complete this work.

All Records Added Need To Be 100% Accurate And All Work/Records Will Be Double Checked to Ensure Accuracy.

There is a sample spreadsheet included just to show how the data is presented you will be working off and you are welcome to use it with the website to see how it works.
