Data Entry - 2200 Shorter Records - Simple Form - Public Data Sources Pre Selected

Hello. We would like an accurate data-entry freelancer to enter approximately 2200 short records into a secure online form on our website. The form looks like the one pictured in the attached file. Most fields are completed by the cut-and-paste method. The other fields are filled out via drop-down menus. You will get the information from easily-understood, public websites that we will direct you towards. You don't have to go and find the websites yourself. The nature of the data is community project financing information.
