Data analyst needed for project.

Hi,
i am doing a project which requires me to determine 3 aspects of service quality and their effect on satisfaction and loyalty.

I have collated all my results and manually entered these into survey monkey. this is fine, and i have a nice excel spreadsheet showing my collected data with graphs etc.

however my analysis requires me to go further in that i must interpret service quality dimensions moderating effect on satisfaction and behavioural loyalty.

in other words, I need to see which dimension has the most direct effect on satisfaction and in turn loyalty. however this is not as straightforward as i perceived it would be.

i need help from an individual who can analyse this data for me and show me these results. as i am not familiar with SPSS I am unable to use the tool and gain these results.

apparently i need to conduct a regression analysis a factor analysis. however i will explain what i need from my results and then we can talk about what exact type of analysis is needed

in other words I need someone who can do this analysis and then explain what these results show.

i am willing to pay good money.
