Daily deal Joomla Web developer needed

Design expectations:
I expect the design to revolve around the 4 above mentioned pillars thus creativity is fully open to you as the developer. I do expect it to incorporate the functionality and footer style of groupon.com, with a style of design inspired by livingsocial.

Key feature: the GrabIt feature will replace the buy now button for selected items. It will allow users to follow the regular process of the daily deal system and receive their deal via email or download with no need to pay online. ( intended to be mostly used via mobile, though also accessible on desktop browsers )

Additional requirements:
- full social-network integration
- CM back panel management with various levels of authority
- Ability for partners to create their own deals to submit for approval
- cloud-hosting
- YouTube video integration
- development of the grab-it feature to ensure that it cannot be falsely utilized
