Customize Wordpress Theme (plus content)

I am looking for someone who is UK based.
Ideally full time and working typical business hours.
Must be contactable by phone and email during a normal business day. (We are a 9 to 5, mon to fri operation so require similar)

Must have good experience of wordpress customization, have moderate PHP coding knowledge too (to edit/comment out theme code), have reasonable photoshop skills.

We're are a small general media company producing websites, artwork, printing etc. we would prefer to use someone who is interested in building a longer term relationship for small wordpress sites and customizations.


Spec
----
Install theme.
Theme will have one homepage, one template for all other pages and the associated blog.
Create pages and navigation as required.
Add new logo, text, images.
Customise colour scheme of theme, to suit clients colour scheme (Typically, text headings, links)
Some light photoshop editing required to create new buttons or bullet points suited to clients.
Content will require some formatting for an easy to read impact (not just copy/paste, hence the extra time/cost allowed for)
Creation of contact form using wordpress plugin, Contact Form 7.
Some commenting out of HTML or PHP code may be required.
Theme is already approved for mobile use but will require a test.

Some images provided. Other can be sourced from depositphotos.com
Theme will be provided.
Hosting will be provided.
Default wordpress installation will be installed.
Word document containing all content (circa 15 pages)
