Customize Wordpress theme

Hi

I need you to customize wordpress theme "Me Gusta" http://themeforest.net/item/me-gusta-userdriven-content-sharing-theme/570785 and this is my website where I'm using this theme http://motivationalcave.com/

So what i need you to do:
Create control panel for registered users separate from wordpress dashboard, where they can:
- submit video/article/picture(this is already done in this template)
- users can see list of submited items and edit theme
- they can edit their profile (add picture, short description, add their web address, change password)
- show author details next to artivle/video like their picture web address and short bio.

I want completely separate registered users from wordpress dashboard, i want to block access to dashboard for registered users.

For successful candidate i will provide copy of theme which needs to be customized
