Customize Off the Rack Open Source Web Application and Add New Features

I am looking for 2 major service area's mainly (Web Designer and Web Developer)

I have identified a few ready-made open source scripts i would like to purchase online. Now I just need someone to customize and add some new features. Mainly, change the layout of the webpage to a responsive design (i.e. thru bootstrap or other RWD grids).

Additionally, I would also like to add some payment gateways like credit card with SSL feature and some other functional and non-functional modifications. Since I am getting the scripts of the rack, this project could be completed soon (the first phase at least). I am setting a 1 month timeline to get this done. It would also be good if someone with a PHP and YII/DJANGO knowledge as I would like to move towards that framework in the future.


As this would be and evolving website with multiple new features in the pipeline I would like to get someone who is willing to work long term.
