Customise ZohoCRM for a Small Business

We are looking for someone to help us customise ZohoCRM for our small business.

ESI Electrical are a small electrical safety consultancy based outside London. We provide compliance services, electrical maintenance and installation works.

We are going to be using ZohoCRM as

Essentials:
- Develop a workflow for our sales process.
- Develop custom fields and custom reporting for service areas we provide
Date based service fields, with reporting for inspections due within 90 days.
Tick Boxes for if a client has a certain type of system present
- Organise integration with Quickbooks
- Organise integration with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Set up template emails.

Advise on other areas that Zoho customisation may benefit our business.
