Customise my purchased wordpress theme

Hi,

What I'd like done is some customisation such as having all the content centred because right now it's more to the left of the website.

I'm not sure i'm feeling the way the template hits the top of the browser so maybe shift it down and add a banner or some text with my name at the top.

Another idea we could have my last name in place of the word blocco then my first name on top of the template in place of where a banner could be. These are just suggestions and my main goal is to do minor tweaks to the design until I'm happy with it.

Is this something you can do?
Are you a fast worker who gives your client regular updates?
Can you be trusted with my purchase?
Are you someone I can use for regular updates, tweaks etc to my blog?
If so I'd like to hear from you.

My terms are:
Initial depost 25% of total budget into escrow
Remaining money when final state of blog is confirmed and only minor tweaks are needed
Then money finally released after final tweaks have been made to blog and it is completed.
Regular updates through out the duration of project.

If you can't work within my budget then please don't bid.
