Customisation of Wordpress Plugin (WP-Polls)

Hi.

I need someone to customise a currently existing wordpress plugin (wp-polls). Currently the plugin displays options as a simple list. I need someone to:

1. Customise the CSS to display results as a neat grid
2. Make each image (can be easily added via html) open in a lightbox which also displays the filename minus the extension
3. Require voters email address before being able to vote

I would like it to look something like this:
http://nacionalmx.com/nuevos-disenos-playeras/ - but with smaller images and the lightbox

I think this is the simplest solution to an 'image poll with lightbox and email' but if you know of another more efficient way of doing this, please don't hesitate to tell me.
