Customisation of OSCommerce Shopping Store

I have successfully downloaded and installed OS Commerce onto my web server. I have tried to customise it personally, but I am struggling and it is not something I have time to learn properly with which to do an excellent job.
I would therefore like to 'hire' someone to tweak the graphics, layout and design of the graphical user interface for me.
My understanding is that it will be a small project, probably an afternoon at most.
