Customisation of a paid for Web Template purchased from TemplateMonster.com

Customisation of a paid for Web Template which I recently bought from TemplateMonster.com. I would to make like the following changes to the template.

1). Embed a .PNG or .JPG logo on the Home Page

2). On the homepage, remove 4 icons linking to Social Websites and replace with four slightly bigger icons linking to: a) Twitter b) Facebook c) Pinterest & d) MySpace. Change the appropriate codes (HTML & JScrip) to allow these links to execute as the codes they're replacing.

3) From the Menu on the Home Page, change the "Servies" sub-menu to the following:- a/ Botox Anti-Wrinkle Treatment

b/ Dermal Fillers inc Juvederm

c/ Dermaroller

d/ Chemical Peel

e/ LoveBotox Academy

4). Remove "Chiropractic" Header from the Home Page

5). Change "Chiropractic Glossary" to "Facial Aesthetics Glossary"

6). Change "Chiropractic Services" to "Facial Aesthetics Glossary"

7). From the Menu on the Home Page, code the Booking Menu to launch a Booking Engine using URL call only
