Customer service & Sales Agents

I need a reliable customer service and telesales agent for 4 hours a day, long term, ongoing.

I need someone reliable who is looking to find an employer who will pay promptly and provide clear communication in return for reliability, persistence and keenness to get the job done well.

The job will involve following up with prospects (sales), calling customers to chase payments, calling customers to answer queries.

1. Sales

We sell marketing services to local companies nationwide, it's a particular type of product that many will be familiar with but some will need it explaining.

There is a script to follow, you need to call the companies and offer them a free trial in order to sign up them up to the service.

2. Chasing payments

When customers payments fail (credit card declined) or they owe money, you need to go through the spreadsheet (google docs) and remind/chase payments.

3. Customers often call or leave messages with queries, you need to ring them back, find what they want and put their request into an email to be sent to the team to be actioned.


Looking for someone with a bit of telephone sales experience, easy to work with, but most of all reliable - i.e. no excuses about broadband problems etc!

This should be a consistent long term job for the right person expanding to a full 8 hours a day if wanted.
