Holidog is the European market leader for pet services and our ambition is global. We are currently operating in more than 10 countries and quickly expanding into more markets. We aspire to build strong networks of animal-lovers worldwide.
Our mission is to ensure that dogs and cats never have to stay home alone again!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Work closely with the CRM managers to report and improve the customer experience on our
contact platform.
● Update the website and monitor it to spot any bugs.
● Provide excellent customer service to our users thanks to your critical thinking and initiative.
● Make sure the company policies are respected through your knowledge of the website.
YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
● Academic background: No preference
● Work Experience: Previous experience in online customer service MANDATORY, preferably
with references (knowledge of Intercom, Olark chat or Zendesk appreciated)
● Language requirements: Fluency in ENGLISH mandatory, other languages (German, french,
Italian, Spanish, dutch) are a plus.
● Critical thinking skills: You can react quickly, take decisions that respect the company policies
while helping the clients in an optimal way.
● Communication skills: You possess highly effective oral and written communication
Skills, you know sell a product/service, you have patience and know how to summarize a problem.
● Operations and problem solving skills: You identify operational inefficiencies and
quickly come up with solutions to optimize them while paying attention to detail. You are very
curious and go the extra mile to double check things.
