Customer Database response analysis

We are looking to have some analysis work done on our mail order/direct-to-consumer customer & prospect data file. Specifically, we want to do some analytics of purchase behaviour, customer segments, recency frequency value, purchase behaviour as it relates to email engagement/open rates etc.

We would supply
1. Customer file, which includes a Profile key and email address
2. Profile lookup table
3. Order history, which includes Customer Account number and response Source Code
4. Source Code lookup table
5. Email send and response tables.

In particular we want to understand the profile of responders and non responders from a recent mailing.



Supplier would have to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement
