Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I'm setting up a separate business that provides travel safety training and an emergency response services to young international travellers on their Gap Year. I need the following agreements: -
1. An agreement for their parents (or whoever pays our bill) to sign. It should meet the approval of PI insurers.
2. An agreement for suppliers, so that if I get sued because of their negligence or lack of contract fulfilment, then I can sue the supplier.
I already have an agreement from the supplier of emergency response services. It is already in place for their clients, and they have given me permission to "back to back" it with my customers.
3. An agreement for affiliates to sign. This should include a "non-circumvent" clause so they don't deal directly with my suppliers, employees et., that they are paid once their account shows £50 or more, and that if another of our affiliates closes the deal, payment is made to the last affiliate whose had contact with the customer. I am hoping that this is a template-type agreement that uses standard clauses that can be inexpensively acquired. I don't you to re-invent the wheel by drafting it from scratch.
I am doing this on a low cost basis, as this new venture is at pre-revenue stage. Therefore I'd like to use as much of the customer agreement that I've been given to save costs.
