Custom WordPress Theme Creation

I own a website development agency and my regular developer is not so available these days so I am turning to PPH to find someone who can create me a custom WordPress theme for my clients site. The site currently runs a bespoke CMS and I am thinking that just converting to WordPress will make life a lot simpler, so I need a custom theme creating.

The client have recently redesigned their brochure through a design agency that we are working with and the full PSD artwork files are in my possession and I will provide a more detailed brief to finalise the job.

However, we are basically looking for a homepage style to include a scrolling image gallery to showcase some of the clients previous projects (they are in commercial construction and fit out) a chunk of text, a bullet list of client names and logos and navigation to the other 6-10 pages that will comprise the rest of the site, although we should probably get a sub menu style included in case I need it later.

So I would like a fixed cost bid to create the homepage visual, an inner page visual, and a contact form visual (I'll be using a form plugin) from the psd files the brochure was created with and our final brief.

Then I would like the bid to also include creating and installing the finalised theme on my server where I will have already installed WP on a dev domain.

My skills are technical not design so I will be dealing with all the dns, hosting and later SEO link building, but I need someone who can create something really visually appealing that would be able to represent a company trying to target the multimillion pound commercial construction projects market.
