Custom Wordpress Post

I have played around with custom posts plugins and I know this can be done, but I need it setup properly with someone who has vast experience of this.

REQUIREMENT:

I run & develop ModifiedCars.com, this allows readers to upload photos of their cars. On WordPress, I need a plugin for a custom post that will allow registered users to ADD/MANAGE their cars and photos.

Adding a car
1. User registers/logins {Use buddypress , s2member or wishlist etc… We don’t have a preference, please recommend and why}
2. User adds a new Car {completes a form which ask details about the car e.g. model, year of car, colour, engine modification, exterior modification, interior modification, video embed, other info, etc... }. User must only be allowed to fill in the fields, nothing else and they cannot add HTML.
3. User then adds photos of their car.
4. The car/post is now awaiting approval by admin. IMPORTANT: admin need to flag the car as good or bad. Bad cars get listed at the back of the list.

Editing Car & Photos
1. User logins
2. User sees list of their cars
3. User can choose a car to edit its details or photos {add more photos, change current photos}
4. If a user adds a new photo or changes a photo, admin must review it before it is published.

Further developments:
Not all cars will be classified, but need the facility for a car to be listed in the classified section too.

Synopsis:
I need users to be able to upload details and photos of their car. All I need is the plugin for now, if this is satisfactory, then there will be more work to migrate the old site to wordpress, custom themes etc…
