Custom wordpress holding page

Hi
I am launching a new brand in June and i need a custom holding page building. I have secured the domain name. I will provide imagery and text.
I would like style along the lines of the full frame template on wordpress.
Requirements
I would like the holding page to be able to link up to twitter, you tube and facebook.

Also to have pop up email subscription box on the holding page which links to mailchimp to colect trade and direct consumers email details.
