Custom software - Data entry

Need a customized software for data entry. The software has to keep records of sale keeping.

The basic idea of our business -

we have a database of images and they sell online thru different website. We need a software to keep sale entries of each image. The sale report would be in excel sheet. The software has to read data from the excel sheet and feed values corresponding with the image file id. This way, we can keep a track as to which image sold the most. There would be other values such as date, website thru which it made sale etc. We should be able to sort the database by most no. of sales of an image.
