I need help with creating a bespoke CMS platform in PHP/MySQL/jQuery that allows me to create and distribute whilte label online magzines in a non-flash format for use on iPads and computers alike. The iPad version should allow you to drag between the pages. The magazine will be available in multiple languages - set up in the CMS.
