Custom layout design for blog

I am looking for a designer to modify or create a custom template for a Blogger based site. I am looking for a few buttons (eg, Twitter, Pinterest links etc), a logo, nav bar and to make the general layout all nice and pretty, like. Fiddling with blogger html gives me too much of a headache.

Also a main header to be designed.

The site is a lifestyle orientated blog - fashion, film, art, music etc - some points of inspiration (not looking for a clone of these sites!) are:

I don't have a massive budget but am willing to pay for quality and skill - but this is not something that should take a huge amount of time for the right person -
