Custom Java Script and web development, interactive maps and ecommerce

I am looking to have the capability of an interactive map added to my ecommerce website that sells geographic themed items. One interactive map would allow the user to "shop by map". A second map would allow customers who are logged in to their account to add locations and vote on locations added by other users, this would determine what products would be made next.
I use Shopify as my e-commerce platform so I need someone familiar with Shopify code, java, google maps, and other related coding.
