Custom icons (10-12) created for a website

Information on the business: We offer online access to legal documents

Design details: We are in the middle of developing a new website to allow the public to complete an application online to have a certified copy of their Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, or Marriage Certificate mailed to them. The site needs a variety of icons created to visually depict certain objects or ideas. There potentially could be as many as 12 icons and all icons should fit together with a common theme. The icons should include a clean design and be friendly and welcoming to the user. The icons need to represent the following:

1. Apply (Filling out a form online)
2. Pay (Paying by Credit Card Online)
3. Receive (Opening a letter in the mail to show a certificate)
4. Birth (Baby Carriage)
5. Death (Sundial or another idea to represent death)
6. Marriage (Connected Wedding Rings)
7. Certificate (a silhouette of a person over a certificate)
8. Courthouse
9. Yourself (an icon showing an image of yourself will be used in conjunction with a title of Your Information)
10. Drivers License
11. Order Details

For delivery, the files will need to be in a fully scalable vector file. We will need versions in .AI, .PSD, and and .PNG with a fully transparent background.
Target audience: Broad age range of 18 - 80.
Ideas for the visual style: We want the design to be simple, understated, and easy to understand.
Things to avoid: Anything too modern, aggressive, or threatening
Preferred colors: Full color is OK, or otherwise we would like to incorporate a light and dark blue. I will send the pantone color separately
