Custom face mask

I am looking for a brand new and unique design of a face mask that will be used by a specific target audience of customers attending special occasion parties or events. The mask will have two parts, possibly three. The main part of the mask will be the body which is what will fit around the end users face and store electrical components for LEDs, battery compartment, and various other circuitry required for the design of the mask. The 2nd part of the mask will be the artistic design which will need to be detachable from the main body and interchanged with a different artistic design. The artistic design will be made of a custom made El Panel. El panels are thin and flat and flexible and in this case will need to be vacuum formed to fit the shape of the mask. The detachable face of the mask (the el panel) is going to a separate manufacturer for production than the main body of the mask. Before a vacuum formed El Panel can be made, precise sizing is necessary. Its critical that precise engineering specs be provided for both parts so that when they come together, everything fits. The El panel face of the mask is driven by an inverter which will need to be stored within the masks main body. Dimensions of inverter size, battery compartment size, etc are not yet clear and are being custom designed by the manufacturer of the El Panel. The goal is to conceal everything within the main body of the mask in a compact area. The end user will purchase a mask that will include one particular El Panel design. If they want to change the design on the front of the mask, they can simply purchase a unique new design and plug it into the already existing main body of the mask. This way they can mix and match different designs.
What i need is someone who is an expert in CAD design to work with me on coming up with a unique mask shape. Something i can submit to have manufactured using ABS plastic or some other durable plastic. This should be a fairly simple task although it seems complicated from the explanation. A main face mask unit with a storage area for circuitry and a second piece that's very similar to the main shape of the body but can be detached. I imagine for someone with CAD experience this will not take long.
