CSV preseta cart import (process creation and import blank store)

i have a csv from the wholesaler that i want to import i can get the data in now as i have spent months working on it but the data i get from the wholesaler is in a completely different format while i can add the products i cant add the category that there meant to be in. i also need the image URL added i have attached the wholesale file as i have it and the current edit of the spreadsheet iv been trying to use for the import.
